Juhi Chawla Biography :

Juhi Chawla born 13 November 1967 in Ludhiana, Punjab, is a popular Indian actress.Juhi Chawla was the first child born to Mona Chawla and a Dr. S Chawla. She has one brother named Sanjeev. She was the winner of Miss India title in 1984, later she won Best Costume Award for the Miss Universe contest in 1984.

From beauty contests, she moved into film - with her movie debut being Sultanat in 1986. Her first big hit was Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak in 1988, in which she starred with Aamir Khan. This Romeo and Juliet story of persecuted teenage lovers was an enormous success and launched Aamir's and Juhi's careers. Juhi Chawla is married to industrialist Jai Mehta and is the mother of two children. She has one daughter and one son. Her daughter's name is Janhvi and her son's name is Arjun. Her mother was killed in Prague by a driver who ran over her with his car during the shooting of Duplicate.
